Relevance of the FGFR isoforms profile in cancer science

FGFR are a family of transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptors widely conserved and involved in various physiological response.(1) The growing research interest over the past decades have led to many new discoveries especially in the field of cancer research.(2) The comparison of the expression level of the different isoforms in genomic have shown to be a useful tool in research.(3) The CCAB have recently commercialized with us a panel of antibodies against 6 different FGFR isoforms they have developed. Specific binders were developed against FGFR1c, FGFR2b, FGFR2c, FGFR3b, FGFR3c and FGFR4. We believe they could help scientist all over the world to make great advancements in research. Products are available individually in 100µg format  or in a practical comprehensive antibody panel of 6×20µg format allowing you to profile all the different isoforms .
